Here at Mic Mac Amateur Aquatic Club, not only do we offer excellent recreational programs, but we also offer an exquisite room rental experience. Whether you are planning a wedding, reception, birthday party, retirement party, a meeting, or a corporate day, we are here to help you make sure it is memorable.

With access to the balcony, overlooking picturesque Lake Banook, our Aquatic Room provides a beautiful location for any event. This spacious, smoke- free, air conditioned room provides a wide selection of full service options. With no food requirements (tables), the room is able to accommodate up to 300 people, and with food requirements it can comfortably sit 250. We are very pleased to announce that our Aquatic room is now wheelchair accessible!

 

Our other room available for rent, the Patterson room, is better suited for more intimate events such as small weddings, meetings, birthday parties, and simply any other reason to get a smaller group of people together! The Patterson room, which also has access to the balcony, is able to accommodate 60 people.

Beverage Services:

Whether you are looking for an open bar, a cash bar, or for pre-paid tickets for your guests, we will provide a professional and enjoyable experience.

Mic Mac AAC is a fully licensed establishment, and we offer all our beverages at an affordable, competitive prices. Served to you and your guests by our knowledgeable staff, your event will surely be memorable.

We are also happy to accommodate special requests for large parties, such as bulk wine orders for receptions, or vendor sponsored events.

Catering Services:

For everything from meetings with light luncheons to formal banquets with receptions, we will meet all your dining requirements and exceed all of your expectations. Offering a variety of beverages, pastries, trays and full meal options, we are the perfect choice for your upcoming event.

 

Our menu consists of, but is not restricted to:

  • Hot buffet
    • Enjoy roasted turkey and either beef or ham with fresh, steamed vegetables and your choice of either roasted or mashed potatoes, served with gravy. Your dinner also includes both a garden and a caesar salad, both served with our delicious specialty house dressing. Cranberries and bread rolls and butter are also included. Next, you can finish off your meal with tea or coffee, as well as your choice of one of our delicious desserts.
  • Roast Beef Dinner
    • Our hot roast beef dinner includes your choice of a fresh garden salad with our specialty house dressing or a caesar salad. You will also have your choice of potato, mashed or roasted, as well as fresh, steamed vegetables and gravy. Dinner is served with bread rolls and butter. End your meal with a nice cup of tea or coffee, and your choice of one of our delicious desserts.
  • Stuffed Pork Loin
    • Enjoy a delicious stuffed pork loin served with bread stuffing. This delectable entree is served with roasted potatoes, seasoned vegetables, your choice of either garden or caesar salad, and bread and butter. Finish off this enjoyable meal with one of our delicious homemade desserts.
  • Dessert Selection
    • Black forest parfait
      • Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, cherry pie filling and whipped cream
    • Traditional english trifle, individual servings
      • Vanilla pudding, fruit, sponge cake, rum flavour, strawberry or raspberry jam, and whipped cream.
    • Key lime parfait
      • Lemon pie filling, whipped cream, sour cream and lime juice
    • Gingerbread with real whipped cream
    • Carrot Cake
    • All occasion chocolate cake

DJ Services:

DJ services through the Mic Mac AAC are second to none! We strive to ensure a positive customer experience and complete customer satisfaction. One of our professional DJ’s would be happy to assist you in your music selection process, as well as to work with you to provide exactly what you envision for your event!

With a huge selection of licensed music ranging from the 1940’s to today’s biggest hits, including most ethnic music, we are sure you will be able to find something for everyone’s taste! Our DJ can also provide professional lighting for your dance, as well as microphone service for speeches.
